My coaching style is rooted in collaboration, community, and education. My goal is to create meaningful connections with my clients and work together to set goals, improve movement, reduce pain in the body, and live life feeling good.
When I started coaching, I immediately fell in love. I get to share my passion for fitness through fun, unique programs that make people feel good in their body. I get to be a part of people's journey and be there to celebrate wins, no matter big or small. I get to educate and guide people on how to build healthy habits, change behaviors, and take care of their bodies to achieve long term health. But most importantly, I get to build a connection with my client. Each week I get to listen to the life updates, the big projects at work, things they are excited for, things that scare them, and everything in between. I love what I do because of the people, being in the gym is just a bonus.
For the past 8 years, I have worked with young athletes, adults getting back into fitness, seniors looking to stay active, and individuals with chronic illnesses trying to take control of their health. I am a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with additional certifications in Holistic Nutrition and Functional Fitness. Wherever you are starting, I will meet you there. I offer in-person, online, hybrid, or video recorded training and nutrition programs to make sure your program fits your lifestyle best. My goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to achieve your goals and feel supported every step of the way.
